I recently seen the PeneXT at a trade show. My first thoughts were that this was very similar to the PenisPlus+ and the Phallosan devices. By using a harness (elastic strap) that goes around you waist while the other end uses a silicone end that grips the glans. This device pulls the penis to one side, it is recommended to change sides every couple of days.

Again, a device that I have not tested but in my personal opinion all of these pulling devices seem a high price to pay for a basic elastic strap that pulls the penis. If the results can be achieved by using these devices then I guess the price is irrelevant though. It’s still a lot cheaper than expensive penis enlargement surgery.
